"Overall performance was very good and the C/W numbers proved that the FrioOCK can handle a decent amount of heat. The 130mm fans are also PWM design so they will vary based on the CPU fan signal. These fans are also limited by a variable speed dial so that you can set a maximum fan speed and let the system adjust the RPM based on load.
