Nvidia GTX 770 Introduction & Overview By Vortez

"Not only does it beat the competition on price but for the most part, it equals and often surpasses both the previous generation flagship NVIDIA card and current range topper from AMD. With this in mind it can be argued that the GTX770 actually offers very good value for money. Sure, £330 is still a lot of cash for a card which cannot be labelled as class leading. It does however give those who like to watch the pennies flagship performance at a drastically reduced cost."

EVGA GTX 770 With ACX Cooler On LanOC

"The ACX cooling was especially impressive in our testing, when under load in game temperatures sat at 20 degree’s less than a reference cooler the entire time. This also translated to some impressive overclock numbers that on the memory side of things broke the speeds that I hit with the reference card."

Thermaltake A31 Blue Thunder Chassis Review On NinjaLane

"As you can probably tell I liked the color scheme much more than I expected. In fact, I love it. It's nice to see ThermalTake still offering so much variety in color even at this price point. The effect is only enhanced by the subtle blue lighting the rear 120mm provides. It has been a while since I found myself rummaging around the lab for a cold cathode kit!"

EVGA GTX 780 Review On TechPowerUp

"When looking at the performance of the EVGA GTX 780 SC, we see performance that exceeds the GeForce GTX Titan by 3%. Compared to the GTX 780 reference design, the improvement is 9% on average and 13%(!) at 2560x1600. AMD's fastest single-GPU card, the HD 7970 GHz, is 24% slower—no danger at all."

Tt eSPORTS Knucker Keyboard On eTeknix

Yet on those evenings when your done with your work and you want to fire up your favourite game for a couple of hours, the Knucker isn’t going to let you down one bit."

Noctua Fans Roundup & Review By ThinkComputers

"Overall I do believe that Noctua delivers. The fans all come well packaged, with a great assortment of accessories, which is great if not a little expected. They are made of high quality plastics and their inner parts are designed to be just as nice. You can tell from the list of features just how much engineering and testing has gone into making these fans as quiet and efficient as possible. I truly do believe they deliver on that. Aside from the 140mm bequiet! fans I reviewed, and these more quiet still, I have not used anything even close. In summary these fans are a joy to install and use."

Meet The New GTX 780 From Nvidia!

EVGA 03G-P4-2781-KR GTX 780 graphics cards are now available!

Nvidia GeForce 780 Card Performance Overview & Introduction By eTeknix

"There are a number of additional advantages of getting the GTX 780, most of these down to small features such as the improved fan controller that gives a smoother audible output of the coolers fan, but the massive advantage is the price. At £549 the GTX 780 is by no means cheap, however it is considerably less than Titan and if you’re gaming on a single screen then to be honest I would recommend you look at this card.

For those of you that have awaited the arrival of the 700 series to upgrade from a GTX 580 for example, now is the time to do so. Whilst there are some good gains to be seen over a previous generation GTX 680, the difference that will be seen over a GTX 580 is far greater with around a 70% performance gain to be had.

Some may find the launch of the 700 series cards conveniently times in relation to the upcoming launch of Haswell and whilst there have been changes in launch dates, NVIDIA stress that this is purely coincidental, however from a new buyers point of view, this is the ripe opportunity to upgrade and with the imminent launch of Intel’s new 4th Generation chips, the combination will see some amazing results – re-writing the definition of high quality, high resolution gaming."

Thermaltake NiC F4 CPU Cooler Review By Pro-Clockers

"The cooler took on our moderately overclocked Intel 3930K and performed better than some of the larger coolers we have tested and it was done efficiently without a crazy amount of noise.

One feature, and perhaps are most notable one as Thermaltake said, is the 'non-interference' cooling space aspect. Yes, this is a big one for many users as coolers are getting to the point where if you really want to use a good air-cooler, you have to sacrifice your ram for another model in order to fit such huge cooler. Fortunately, that is not the case with the Thermaltake NiC F4. From the images we have shown you, the cooler with the fans attached on it still allowed the use of all eight slots on our test board."

Thermaltake 850w Evo Blue 2 PSU Review On TweakTown

"As the EVO Blue 2.0 features an LED fan, it is obviously meant to be seen and when you add in the color choice of the unit it does help make the unit stand out a bit. That is the key to the success of the EVO Blue 2.0. It has the aesthetic edge over the competition while still performing well at a decent cost. It is one of a handful of units with an LED fan in the 850W market that I could find."

Noctua NH-U12S & NH-U14S CPU Coolers On Guru3D

"for both coolers combined with one or two fans the sound levels are just not an issue. With the lwo RPM fans both the NH-U12S and NH-U14S under normal operation are silent, even more silent then liquid cooling. I can write an entire paragraph about this fact, but let's just call it what it is and get it over with, the noise levels are darn good and thus extremely silent, even with two fans in push-pull configuration noise should not be an issue whatsoever."

Tt eSPORTS Knucker Keyboard On BenchmarkReviews

"The Tt eSPORTS Knucker keyboard supports up to 12-key anti-ghosting in USB mode and 16 anti-ghosting in PS/2 mode. For gamers that need to adjust key repeat rate on the fly the Knucker is the only keyboard that supports this feature to my knowledge. The plunger switches will give you a better experience in comparison to a regular rubber dome keyboard and come very close to real mechanical switch with regards to tactile feedback."

Tt eSPORTS Theron Mouse Review By NikkTech

LOMAC 3 Released!

So... LOMAC is back - And looking the part as well! To get the best from simulations on this level, you'll be needing a good joystick at the least, however you'll want a HOTAS to really turn & burn! Don't forget that your control inputs aren't complete without rudder pedals and a TrackIR.

TweakTown Review Thermaltakes Chaser A41 Mid Tower Chassis

"Structurally the chassis is great. There is no flex to discuss, plenty of room in front of and behind the tray, all the drive options most gamers are going to require, the design is really well thought out. With all of the mesh down the front, the large open top, and the ventilated bottom and rear of the chassis, the three fans included with the chassis offer ample air flow, with minimal noise."

Noctua NH-U14S CPU Cooler Review On TweakTown

"The one thing you will get with the NH-U14S, that neither the Silver Arrow SB-E nor the Thermaltake Frio Extreme offered, is peaceful silence. Where the other option would dig deeper into your pockets, and also make your ears bleed, Noctua takes them head on and shows you can have the best of both worlds... I see absolutely no reason why I can't fully support and recommend the new NH-U14S, as it kicks ass and takes names, and like a ninja, silently takes on the competition"

PureOverclock Review The New Noctua NH-U12S & NH-U14S CPU Coolers

"You honestly couldn’t go wrong with either version we tested here so it really comes down to your needs. If you have 4 sticks of RAM in your LGA115x board, then the NH-U12S is for you. If you only have 2 and want max cooling performance, then scoop up the NH-U14S with an additional NF-A15 PWM and enjoy. The coolers performed amazingly well and did so with near total silence so I have no hesitations about giving them our Great Hardware award."

QUT Survey About The Effects Of Online Gaming....

"Of interest in terms of relationships that were not found in the data is that amount of play (measured by average hours/week and most hours/week) showed no significant relationship to player wellbeing. Rather the results suggest the primacy of the psychological experience of gameplay - given that the experience of relatedness and competence in gameplay had a greater impact on player wellbeing scores than the type of game being played, the mode, or the amount."

Toshiba 3TB SATA HDD Review On MadShrimps

"The new DT01ACA300 3TB drives from Toshiba are quite speedy and more importantly, they are some of the cheapest on the market with this capacity. Because of this, we won’t hesitate to recommend them to the mainstream which needs higher storage capacity in their computers or simply has bought recently a NAS with 2 or 4 bays and wants to fill it out"

Noctua NH-U12S CPU Cooler On TweakTown

"I for one really like it and Noctua has shown you don't need a huge cooler, fancy shrouds, or anything "outside of the box" to contend. "We feel GUNNAR have done an excellent job in not only designing a very useful tool in combatting CVS, but also in how well they are engineered and manufactured. We would have no issues in recommending them, as in the tests we did and their own study they seem to do the intended job. Based on the results we concluded that we couldn’t give the GUNNARs Vinyl Onyx glasses anything less than our gold award. Good job GUNNAR Optiks."

Noctua NF-A14 FLX & ULN 140mm Fans On NinjaLane

"It is difficult to get excited about a fan when there are so many to choose from but when you find one packed with any number of technology features you tend to pay attention. When we first used the NF-A14 series fans we were surprised to hear the profound difference between the two offerings. The FLX design is what we would consider a good case fan for gaming PCs whereas the ULN edition may work best in a Home Theater PC or even a passively cooled desktop."

Noctua NH-U12S & NH-U14S CPU Coolers On NikkTech

"After testing the NH-U12S and the NH-U14S it's quite obvious that Noctua has finally accepted the fact that in order to make an omelet you need to break some eggs and so both solutions feature faster 120/150mm fans that what we've gotten used by them so far (1500RM vs the usual 1200/1300RPM). Of course that's not a bad thing since we all know that Noctua fans have plenty of headroom when it comes to RPM/dBA so i was glad to see that they are finally increasing RPM to squeeze even better performance numbers out of their coolers. Our results clearly show that this is working since the NH-U14S managed to surpass the NiC C5 while the NH-U12S came really close to the massive NH-D14 (makes me wonder just how well the NH-D14 would perform with two or even three NF-A15 fans on it). One of the perks of using a single fan is reduced noise levels and so although both fans rotate at 1500RPM neither crossed the 47dBA mark and so most people shouldn't have a problem even at high loads."

Thermaltake Saphira Mouse On eTeknix

"I’m a firm believer that this is by far the best mouse you can buy for under £40, with performance and features that sit between the mice I’ve just mentioned and more mid range offerings such as the R.A.T.5, Sensei, M90 mice, but with a price tag below most companies budget models. I’m happy to award this with our Bang for Buck award for many obvious reasons. Its not just a good product because its cheap, its a great product and its cheap."
