MegaTechNews Check Out Creative T15 Wireless Speakers

"at this kind of price range and without a separate subwoofer for oomph, I was quite impressed with what these speakers were able to produce. A good part of this likely has to do with the slightly larger size compared to compact PC pairs, but that BasXPort technology shouldn’t be downplayed either."

TechPowerUp Check Out The SilverStone Raven RVZ01 Chassis

"With Valve making a big splash about their push for Steam machines in the living room, a lot of different case manufacturers now aim to offer compact systems that rival gaming consoles in terms of size. With the Raven RVZ01, Silverstone is one of the few companies that has managed to offer something that comes pretty close to mimicking the size and look of a console. Just slightly bigger than the Xbox One, for example, but also capable of holding very long GPUs of up to 330 mm in length, the chassis makes for an excellent foundation."

"Thermaltake did a great job with the Water 3.0 Ultimate (CL-W007-PL12BL-A) and it was found to be a great AIO Liquid Cooler for those that want to get the most out of their system. G.Skill Phoenix Blade Offers Unadulterated Performance Write Guru3D

"The Phoenix Blade is a first from GSKILL and truth be told, it is a mighty impressive performing product. BTW small tip, keep in mind that the storage unit is bootable, but during Windows installation you will need to load up the RAID controller driver in order to access and drop the OS in it. Alternatively you could also drop an OS image clone onto the driver of course. So yeah, the Phoenix Blade 480 GB offers pure unadulterated performance. "The Shadow is very easy to work with, something that should keep first time builders happy. Cable routing space is a little tight, but a few cable ties in the right places will help you get things organised quickly enough. ThinkComputers Review DeepCool Steam Castle Chassis

"The design of this case really does catch the eye. I remember years ago when so many case manufacturers had themed cases, but it seems lately we have not seen that. It is good to see Deepcool, a newer company in the PC Case space do this. The steampunk look is great, but is something you are either going to like or hate. The addition of the light-up steam vents at the top of the case really does add to the steampunk look as well."

No Fan, No Noise. Just Nightjar - Jonathan Kwan

"The SilverStone Nightjar NJ520 520W is yet another example of a high quality PSU built by Seasonic that delivered practically flawless performance according to our affiliates with professional load testing equipment. Retailing for about $130 after rebate at press time, the Nightjar NJ520 will not provide a lot of wattage for your money, but it is one of the best performing power supplies in every meaningful metric within its design limits. TweakTown Loving Tt eSports Poseidon ZX Keyboard

"In the end, we have a sleek, simply laid out, and in our opinion, great entry into mechanical keyboards for both the inexperienced, and the mechanical switch veterans. By this, we mean there is very little investment needed, less than $100 USD, to get a top-tier product. So, if you are just looking to try mechanical keyboards, then why spend two to three times as much to give it a try? On the same token, for experienced mechanical keyboard users out there, you will be hard pressed to find this range of quality at this price. While intentions may have been to get this as a backup, you may find yourself trading out your current board for the Poseidon ZX; it is honestly just that good."

Hardware Asylum Torq Bout Da EVGA X10 Carbon Mouse

"There is no doubt that EVGA built the Torq X10 Carbon gaming mouse with the highest quality materials and given that this is their first mouse that is quite surprising. The Carbon fiber mounted over solid aluminum makes for a stable base and not only makes the X10 Carbon stand out but unique as well. Then load it up with a top Avago 8200DPI sensor and Omron switches to make for an intriguing freshman effort and likely influenced by gaming enthusiasts and input device snobs. DeepCool Steam Castle Chassis Wows eTeknix

"it’s clear to me that DeepCool have really put in the tool time on this chassis. The finish is superb, I was expecting it to feel cheap and tacky, with stuck on plastic grills and other nonsense, but that really isn’t the case. The who thing is well put together, the soft touch finish on the exterior panels looks and feels great, the ventilation is uniquely styled and I think they’ve done very well to capture the spirit of Steam Punk design. I personally think the modding community is going to love this chassis, there are plenty of fan and radiator compatible mounts, the hard drive and optical bays are completely removable and the internal frame is durable. I suspect we will see some really awesome Steam Punk mods over the next few months."

Tt eSPORTS Poseidon Z Keyboard On LegitReviews

"Yes, that’s still much more than those $10 keyboards that can do the job just fine too, but the Poseidon Z is on a entirely different level being a mechanical keyboard and it’s a nice one at that with a crazy long 5 year warranty. Deepcool Gamer Storm Lucifer Cooler On TechPowerup

"The Deepcool Gamer Storm Lucifer is an exceptional air cooler that really delivers some nice bang for the buck. It manages to perform within a few degrees of the heavyweight dual-tower designs while remaining relatively quiet with the fan at full tilt. While the 45 dBA at full tilt is not as impressive as the Dark Rock Pro 3, 40 dBA is quieter than the Phanteks PH-TC14PE at 46 dBA. This can be attributed to the fans TPE coating and hydro bearings, which, with wider-spaced fins, help keep noise levels in check. With an expected price of $49.99, it manages to make some of the other high-end air coolers look just plain silly in terms of performance. Add to that its solid build quality and good packaging and Deepcool's dedication to quality becomes crystal clear. The cooler can even be used as a passive heatsink should a case have enough airflow."

"Up until today i really thought that Thermalright, Thermolab and Noctua were the only three manufacturers to introduce good low-profile CPU Coolers in the market but it seems DeepCool is the one currently leading the pack. It really goes without saying that i expect the other manufacturers to follow the same path and introduce slightly larger solutions than what they currently have in the market to try and take back the mITX cooling performance crown from DeepCool but until that happens i doubt there's anything out there that can compare with the Gabriel at least not at around the same size."

Hexus Check Out The DeepCool Steam Castle

"Deepcool's Steam Castle succeeds at offering PC builders something a little different to the norm. Styled with steampunk ambitions and designed with various high-performance components in mind, the chassis will turn heads and can be used to put together a powerful mini- or micro-ATX build. The Steam Castle is the first Deepcool chassis to appear on our radar, and for the most part, we've come away pleasantly surprised. Build quality is solid throughout, the smooth-rubber coating provides a quality look and feel, and we appreciate the fact that Deepcool is trying something a little different."

DeepCool Steam Castle Chassis Review On Vortez

"There is no denying the appeal with this exciting new case because it drastically steps away from the norm in its external design. By the same token though, there's nothing subtle about the Steam Castle's looks. Deep Cool have opted for bold and curvy styling which is at odds with the current trend for rather monolithic exteriors; it seems almost as if they had their 'turbine' idea early on in the design process and decided to run with it, no matter the cost. The result is a chassis you love or you hate, but also unlike the busy (and often cheap-looking) designs of so-called gamer chassis."

Using Deliveries As A Sales Multiplier Discussion On Power Retail

"Yesteryear’s school of thought (which may still be highly prevalent among the slow movers of today), was that fulfilment is necessary, but dull. It was simply something a retailer should do in order to meet customer demand. It was also something that was very much thought of as ‘after the fact’ in the purchasing process. As a result, retailers concentrated on engaging content, great search and using merchandising to drive a rich digital experience. Under this paradigm we saw shipping and returns relegated – quite literally – to footnote status in the UI hierarchy. Today’s connected consumer doesn’t see it that way however, and the very best retailers have latched onto that fact, selling fulfilment to boost sales."

"for those who have a plan for a loop or two, and need plenty of options and modularity in a structurally sound design to make it happen, then the Urban T81 might just be the perfect fit for you. The fact that it looks so good, doesn't disturb you with ear splitting noise levels"

Noctua NH-D14 Won't Let You Down Reports TweakTown

"we find the originator to a whole new class of CPU coolers to still be very worthy of all the praise and awards it was given upon its release. Granted, there are a lot of things to consider when looking back at a five year old design, and trying to apply it to today's systems. However, the blunt reality is that if you already own the NH-D14, and are used to its memory clearance issue, there is no real reason to upgrade unless clocking for the stars on air cooling."

eTeknix Check Out Thermaltake Core V71 Chassis

"Thermaltake have once again gone all out with their latest chassis; component support is incredibly high in the Core V71 and for those looking to invest in a high-end gaming rig, the cavernous interior is going make easy work of any high-end graphics cards, motherboards and more. The biggest factor is of course the cooling support, with extreme performance graphics cards and CPUs requiring significant air flow to help keep them cool, the more fan and radiator mounts you have to work with, the better. Obviously the Core V71 has a lot of support for a wide range of fan and radiator configurations and even if you’re not interested in saturating the chassis with a complicated custom loop cooling system, you’re still going to benefit from the 1 x 140mm and 3 x 200mm fans which come pre-installed."

eTeknix Says Noctua Have Outdone Themselves With The NH-D15

"Noctua have really out done themselves this time, the NH-D15 is a marvel in terms of performance and as you’ve seen in our benchmarks, it flattened the competition by a wide margin when it came to overclocking our CPU. 9c cooler than the nearest air cooled rival is like Lewis Hamilton coming out in a new car that shaves off 9 seconds a lap. Then there are the water coolers which were beaten by this cooler, several of which are more expensive than the NH-D15 and several of them are regarded as some of the best cooling solutions on the market."

HardwareAsylum Mad For Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler

"Overclocking performance was really good using the NH-D15. The 4.6Ghz overclock we use for testing is usually enough to overstress many heatsinks to the point where the C/W numbers will begin to change. With the NH-D15 we noticed that the number was identical between standard and overclocked tests which are a good indication for any heatsink. The temperature variance also remained the same between the single and dual fan tests which can be seen on the temperature charts. Overall the NH-D15 might be large but satisfies both the silent cooling and performance roles quite nicely."

"The engineering that went into the D15 sure paid off. After you test coolers for a while, you think you have seen it all. How many more degrees can anyone shave off? ThinkComputers Gives Noctua NH-U9B SE2 Perfect Score

"We know Noctua for some of the best air coolers out there, but normally their coolers are quite large and are made for full-size PC builds. It is much harder to shrink down an air cooler and still have the same type of performance. Well it looks like Noctua was able to do that with the NH-U9B SE2 cooler. This makes it perfect for a small form factor gaming machine where you still want that great performance and might even be overclocking your processor. Now on the other hand if you wanted this cooler for say a HTPC setup it does come with both a low noise adapter and ultra low noise adapter which will slow the fan speed down making the cooler much more quiet."

"Starting with the build quality of the Colossus Micro-ATX we have a case which is very much in the high end of the spectrum. The main body of the case is very sturdy, the paintwork flawless on our sample and we love the soft touch coating... as we did with the original Colossus. Design wise there is a lot to like about the case too. Ozone Onda Pro Headset Superb Reports eTeknix

"The Onda Pro X-Surround has a lot going for it, the sound quality is superb and crystal clear at any volume, but its real winning point is the microphone. Microphones are often unremarkable, very similar specification bits of hardware on low to mid budget gaming headsets, but the Onda’s stood out as being a clearer than most, with some really good noise cancellation which is perfect if you’re planning on using team chat in a busy environment such as a LAN event. It’s also incredibly comfortable to wear over long periods of time, something that will no doubt reap its own rewards after a long gaming session. Noctua NH-D15 Cooler Dominates At Frosty Tech

"Exactly how does the Noctua NH-D15 stack up? On all three of Frostytech's synthetic thermal test platforms the Noctua NH-D15 heatsink offers the best, quietest cooling performance of the tower-class heatsinks we've thus tested. In other words, that means several all-in-one liquid cooler models do perform cooler than the NH-D15, but they're also much louder. The only two tower coolers which have a slight edge are also much louder."

NH-D15 Puts Noctua Back To No1 In Cooling Wars Says NikkTech

"when they announced the NH-D15 to us we immediately knew that it would be a worthy successor to the highly acclaimed NH-D14. Sure we didn't expect miracles since in their current state dual tower CPU Coolers have pretty much reached their maximum cooling efficiency but we did expect something more from Noctua and so surpassing the Silver Arrow Extreme by Thermalright was a very pleasant surprise. Noise levels play a significant role in the end game and so having the best possible cooling efficiency (it did dominate the chart) with relatively low noise levels is always the best possible scenario thus the NH-D15 has placed Noctua back at the top of CPU Air Coolers"

OverclockersClub Heap Praise On Thermaltakes New Core V71 Chassis

"Thermaltake has put a great amount of effort into making something that can stand out from the average chassis. The Core V71 is a prime example that you never know what's around the corner when you thought there was nothing new to bring to the market. Now i'm getting ahead of myself of the praises and if you looked down the page already you'll see I didn't list anything negative about the chassis. This is because I honestly couldn't find anything. It's like Thermaltake looked at everything on the market last year and decided to combine everything good and make sure no rock was left unturned. I often feel companies do not make a prototype before mass production or they would see the flaws that can be resolved before production. Instead the companies rely on sales and wait for the year to make revisions. Even the price is reasonable for what is included for the V71. I mean, yes it's expensive, but Thermaltake didn't skimp and made it worth its value, even if you are only going to air cool it."
